We’re a growing mobile-only detailing business serving the Tri-Cities area of Tennessee.
We provide professional interior and exterior detailing services for customers who expect quality work, reliability, and attention to detail. As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable team member who takes pride in doing things the right way.
Position Overview
- This is a part-time position with opportunity for increased hours and pay based on performance and reliability.
- Pay starts at $15 per hour, paid weekly + tips from customers.
- Work hours and weekly schedules vary depending on bookings and weather. Some weeks are busier than others.
Typical Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Availability between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- Hours vary depending on workload and weather
- Workdays begin by meeting in the morning at a designated location before traveling to job sites together.
Job Responsibilities
- Interior detailing (vacuuming, deep cleaning, plastics, glass, stain removal)
- Exterior vehicle washing and drying
- Assisting with equipment setup and teardown
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tools and supplies
- Providing a professional and respectful experience for customers
Physical Requirements
- This is a physically active job that requires working outdoors.
- Ability to work on your feet for several hours
- Comfortable working outside in varying Tennessee weather conditions
- Ability to lift equipment and supplies (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and task focus
- This is hands-on physical work and not a casual car wash job. Attention to detail, speed, and consistency are required.
Requirements
*18+ years old
*Valid TN driver’s license
*Reliable personal vehicle to meet each morning
*Strong work ethic and reliability
*Detailing experience preferred but not required
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliability is extremely important in this role. Customers are scheduled in advance, so showing up on time every day is critical.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work even when no one is watching.
