1. SPONSOR

The sponsor is Near Me Detailing (“Sponsor”), a mobile vehicle detailing business serving the Tri-Cities, Tennessee area.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

The promotion begins Friday, October 16, 2026, and closes Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries must be received by the deadline. The winner will be announced no later than Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

3. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one Essential Detail package from Near Me Detailing, with an approximate retail value of $200–$250 depending on the eligible vehicle size. The prize is nontransferable, has no cash alternative, and must be scheduled directly with the Sponsor. Vehicle eligibility and service-area requirements apply.

4. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and reside within Near Me Detailing’s designated service area in the Tri-Cities, Tennessee region. Every entrant must provide their full legal name, phone number, and residential address. These requirements apply to free and paid entries. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their immediate households are not eligible.

Service Area Eligibility: Entrants must reside within Near Me Detailing's service area, defined as within a 20-mile radius of Jonesborough, Tennessee. Entrants must provide their residential address for eligibility verification. This requirement applies to all entries.

5. HOW TO ENTER — FREE METHOD

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter for free, complete a note card available at the Near Me Detailing booth during the Fall Festival. The card must include your full legal name, phone number, and residential address. Each properly completed card counts as one (1) entry. Submit the card at the booth before the promotion deadline. Free entries are subject to the same eligibility requirements and drawing procedures as paid entries.

6. HOW TO ENTER — PAID METHOD

Eligible individuals may obtain one (1) entry for $10.00. Payment is optional and is not required to enter or win. A free method of entry is available as described in Section 5. Each valid entry, whether free or paid, will be included in the same random drawing. Do not purchase an entry if doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

7. ENTRY VALIDITY AND VERIFICATION

All required information must be accurate and complete. The Sponsor may verify an entrant’s age, identity, residential address, and eligibility. Entries with incomplete, false, fraudulent, or unverifiable information may be disqualified. Entries received after the deadline are not eligible.

8. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from eligible entries received by the deadline. The drawing will take place after the promotion closes. Each valid entry will be treated as one entry in the drawing.

9. WINNER CONTACT AND ANNOUNCEMENT

The potential winner will be contacted by phone using the phone number provided at entry. The Sponsor intends to announce the winner by Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification and may be required to provide proof of eligibility. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.

10. PRIZE REDEMPTION

The confirmed winner must arrange the Essential Detail directly with Near Me Detailing within ninety (90) days after confirmation, subject to scheduling availability, service-area requirements, and vehicle eligibility. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

11. PUBLICITY

The Sponsor will not require the winner to surrender publicity rights in perpetuity as a condition of receiving the prize. Any promotional use of the winner’s name, likeness, or testimonial will be subject to separate consent where required by law.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and arrange prize redemption. Information will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides fraudulent information, or violates these rules. The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if required by law or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

15. GOVERNING LAW

This promotion is subject to applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Tennessee. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry deadline: Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

Winner announcement: Sunday, October 18, 2026, by 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
